Where Wikipedia covers a theory in detail, as it often does - factual, rather than by collective but not rejective perspective, judgement and insight (which is what we do!), there is no need (and a waste of this Wiki!) to create an article on it. Instead, where you want to justify something with a theoretical framework, just link to that Wikipedia article then refer to what you want the reader to do afterwards (ie: click to this link 'here' for justification after you are done familiarising yourself with the theory of justification!)
